Job Description

Internship Overview

Our internship opportunities within our Brands and Properties Division is organized into four areas – Brands, Properties, Experience and Events, and Research & Insights. The Brands and Properties teams work on a combination of long-term retainer clients as well as shorter-term project-based work. Our Experience and Events team supports our Brands and Properties clients by developing and executing award-winning activation programs including high-end hospitality events. Our Research & Insights team supports all three groups to inform our strategy and activation recommendations. Collectively, our service offerings span Strategy, Execution, Amplification (digital/social), and Measurement solutions tailored to our clients' specific business and brand objectives.

What Makes Our Internship Unique

Real work! Our program is designed to introduce aspiring sports and entertainment professionals to the industry and our company by integrating them into client facing projects that our full-time staff works on every day.

Day-to-day Duties Include:

  • Conduct research and assist with evaluations of new marketing opportunities, sponsorship strategy and portfolio management, brand integration, creative development, measurement and ROI analysis
  • Support the department as necessary with special projects or tasks that are both short and long term
  • Collaborate with fellow interns on a Capstone project

Requirements:

  • Utilize a fact-based, hypothesis driven approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, time management, and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Express a passion for the sports and entertainment industry
  • Open to undergraduates and graduate students

Key Spring 202 Dates

  • Our Spring 2025 internship application is currently live and set to close on October 4, 2024 . Interviews will take place October - December.
  • The spring internship program starts on January 28th, 2025 and ends on May 2nd, 2025.
