Full Description
Sports Marketing serves as a key strategic pillar that reinforces the brand’s distinctiveness and delivers premium, memorable “wow” experiences to consumers. This function plays a crucial role in strengthening brand authenticity, enhancing product credibility, and driving long-term brand equity through meaningful connections with athletes, events, and gaming communities. The Sports Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the local Sports Marketing strategy in alignment with global and regional guidelines. The role contributes directly to elevating the brand’s presence across Athlete Marketing, Event Marketing, and Gaming Marketing. Working closely with the Sports Marketing Manager, the Specialist ensures flawless operational excellence and consistent delivery of brand priorities across all touchpoints.

Athlete Marketing
Develop and maintain an athlete scouting network to identify potential talent aligned with brand’s sports marketing guideline.
Provide comprehensive support to Red Bull Athletes by delivering a perfect package of performance and marketing support.
Lead the product seeding strategy and serve as a key point of contact for "Friends of Red Bull" to strengthen brand affinity and visibility.
Communication with existing Red Bull atheltes (Seungho Baik, T1, Juni Kang, Chaeun Lee, Jain Kim)
Event Marketing
Ensure flawless execution of Red Bull owned events and contribute to delivering premium and memorable brand experiences to consumers through exceptional event marketing.
Continuously monitor and evaluate third-party sports event opportunities within the market.
Identify, select, and activate impactful third-party events that strategically enhance the brand’s presence across relevant sports communities.
Executing on ground events such as Red Bull 400, Red Bull Snow Splash and major 3rd party events such as Hyrox.
Gaming Marketing
Maximize the utilization of global gaming partnership assets to deliver marketing objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively leverage the gaming assets in driving sales opportunities.
Ensure best-in-class execution of Red Bull gaming marketing activations to deliver high-quality brand experiences.
Lead the execution of third-party gaming events to strengthen the brand’s visibility and relevance within the gaming communities.
Develop a broad and influential network within the gaming industry to identify emerging trends, shifts, and new opportunities.
Executing on ground events such as Red Bull PC Room Takeover and activation around League of Legend and Volorant gaming events.
General Tasks
Collaborate with the Sports Marketing Manager to develop and implement
Country Sports Marketing Strategy that aligned with company and global objectives.
Serve as a category expert in sports and gaming to analyse the local landscape and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Drive innovation in sports marketing by introducing new concepts that elevate brand relevance and impact.
Strengthen Red Bull’s positioning as a credible and functional beverage within the national sports and gaming community.
Engage with 3rd party events & Red Bull’s owned events that may be executed on the weekends (day in lieu is provided for weekend events)

직무에 가장 필요한 요소:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in events, teams, federations, esports, agency or other relevant fields related to sports and gaming marketing.
- Hands-on experience in event production, particularly within sports or gaming events.
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of sports and gaming marketing landscapes.
- Ambitious, positive, proactive and innovative mindset; open to feedback, wellstructured, highly motivated, problem-solving abilities, excellency in a collaboration.
- Proven ability to work as a strong team player with cross-functional alignment.
- University Degree or related discipline
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Korean,
