Full Description
The motorsports and team sports communications specialist is responsible for executing the motorsports and teams sports communication strategy, positioning and delivering an effective communications message across all types of media channels (social, web, tv and print) to bring our brand image to life and make red bull relevant and engaging to our consumers. the comms specialist leads the activations plans for motorsports/teams sports (media) and takes full responsibility for earned media activation through relationship building and media partnerships.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Responsible for having others to talk about us through earned media activation and building editorial relationships and significant media partnerships.
- Responsible for fostering collaboration and alignment between Sports (including Motorsports, Events and Athletes) and Media Network.
- Leading activation projects (EMO) across all sports areas while coordinating with the Programming and Content teams, identifying opportunities from Sports Marketing for the local network, and turning them into media-ready products.
- Build and maintain a wide-reaching network across all key areas of Team Sports and Motorsports to help achieve national communication goals.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Minimum of 3/5 years of experience in Communications, PR in marketing or media led/mainstream sports properties.
- Experience managing projects and interdeparmental teams.
- Bachelor in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Media or similar.
- A track record in leading projects and securing brand reach and engagement via earned media amplification in Motorsport and Mainstream playgrounds.
- A communication/marketing professional equipped to build media relations in all fields. Proven experience in working with agencies, defining their goals and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of monitoring and analytical tools
- Spanish speaker. High level of English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work well within a large, international organization
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the Red Bull brand and lifestyle.
- Is a story seeker that identifies those stories with a true media potential.
- Agile, team player that knows how to get the work done.
- Travel: 30%
