We are now inviting energetic, motivated, enthusiastic, and creative candidates to join our team as Sponsorship and Corporate Partnerships Manager at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club.

About the Role:
As the Sponsorship and Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will report to the General Manager, broadly accountable for identifying, developing and closing corporate partnership deals to achieve the Club’s overall sponsorship target revenue for Sailing, Rowing, Paddle Sports and other Club Events. The role is also responsible for managing corporate partners once partnership deals have been agreed and signed. To this end the role will need to interact closely with Sailing, Rowing, Paddling and other Club departments so that partner needs can be delivered on during these events; with PR & Communications to ensure that partners receive the required media exposure; and with Operations/F&B to ensure that partner events are suitably catered for according to the partnership agreement.

We look for an experienced professional with:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, communications, social development or related field
• 5 years or above related experience in business development, sales, marketing, corporate partnerships, or related roles
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners
• With ability to work independently and as a good team player, with a strong sense of responsibility, attentiveness to detail and a proactive work attitude
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is beneficial for engaging local partners
