Social Event Manager

About the Role:
As the Social Event Manager, you will report to the Head of Food & Beverage, responsible for planning, organizing, and executing together with the operation teams a diverse range of social events and activities. This role is suitable for candidates with solid hands-on experience in event planning, requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fostering community engagement through memorable experiences.

Event Planning & Execution:Develop and manage the Club’s annual calendar of social events, ensuring variety and alignment with member interests. Work closely with Food & Beverage, PR & Communications, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Member Engagement:Create events that strengthen member relationships and enhance the Club’s community spirit.

Budget Oversight:Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and quality delivery.

Vendor & Partner Management:Source, negotiate, and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

Cross Department Collaboration:Partner with Food & Beverage, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Marketing & Promotion:Work with Communications to design promotional campaigns that drive member participation.

On Site Event Leadership:Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and member satisfaction.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement:Collect and analyze member feedback to refine future programming.

Compliance & Standards:Ensure all events comply with Club policies, safety regulations, and uphold the Club’s reputation for excellence.

We look for an experienced professional with:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in event planning, preferably in hospitality or private club settings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and member focused approach.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
