Responsibility

1. Responsible for new fixture & construction material development for NIKE new concept launch.

2. Lead the environment design and fixture/construction material mock-up review.

3. Take the ownership for “RE” cost management, including cost review & analysis, seek the saving opportunity via “value engineering” solution.

4. Manage the fixture production planning & inventory management to secure door opening.

5. Fixture order management with high data accuracy, improve the working process/LT with X-function teams.

6. Manage all store fixture supplementary requests related to retail marketing activity in a timely manner (prototype review, quotation & ordering, delivery, payment execution)

7. Responsible for vendor management in terms of new vendor on board/training, vendor performance review, payment management/follow up, quality improvement, etc

8. Manage store maintenance for follow-up action, cost review and process improvement. 

9. Conduct Team’s report production in good manner.

10. Other jobs will be assigned due to the business need

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a background of technical or business preferred.

2. At least 3 years’ relevant working experience, purchasing and/or product development or relevant experience in a multinational company is preferred.

3. Previous experiences in retail or similar industry.

4. Understand the technical requirement on material and production techniques.

5. Good knowledge and skill in cost analysis & management

6. Capable of mastering MS office (Excel, PPT, Keynote, etc)

7.Good presentation skill on both Chinese & English. Can work in multiple function & complex working environment.
