Director, Footwear Quality Governance & Standards -NIKEInc.-Beaverton, OR.Establish clearly defined quality standards, metrics, and measurements for data analysis, scoring, and reporting and promote a culture of quality and performance improvements across Nike and with our partners. Drive the Product Integrity strategy across the organization. Balance priorities between internal and external partners to deploy the strategy and enable growth. Attend meetings with external partners, internal team, and other cross-functional partners. Focus on delivering the goals, proactively creating a plan for the season at hand, and driving toward longer-term priorities. Prepare the necessary tools, visuals, and analytics to deliver concise communication and a clear plan to partners. Interact closely with key functional partners in the Footwear Supply Chain, Footwear Product Creation, and teams within the new Product Integrity Team. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering,Engineering and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in thejob offered or in an operations-related occupation.Experience must include:

  • Strategy Creation and Deployment

  • Data analytics and Business Intelligence

  • Footwear Manufacturing

  • Quality Management Systems

  • Lean Management

  • Project Management application in the footwear industry

  • Product Quality Standard Creation

  • KPI Creation

  • Quality Governance Framework CreationE2E Product Creation Understanding

  • Quality Standards Metrics and Measurement Creation

  • T1 Footwear Factory Collaboration
