Responsibility

Responsible for activities related to supporting corporate and business needs. Activities include internal and external communication, training, customer experience and more. Responsible for the site condition negotiation and project management of a project. Monitor the project schedule and progress, and execute tasks related to construction management and vendor coordination. Responsible for project construction quality supervision, including project tracking during construction, risk monitoring, and acceptance as well as document archiving at project closure.

Problem Solving: Initiates analysis and investigation to solve differing but related problems.

Knowledge & Skills: Developing professional role. Develops expertise and applies solutions based on experience. Identifies most appropriate options or methods to improve existing approaches. Have an educational background or work experience in architecture or construction.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
