Full Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Execute sourcing enablement activities including contract management, e-sourcing support and E2E Sourcing projects backup; Enable savings and spend coverage targets; Ensure that Service Level Agreements with the business are being met; Support procurement automation by continuously seeking opportunities to increase catalogue coverage.
We are looking to fill this role with a candidate that can provide the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure good relationships with business partners and the global functional Teams on a proactive basis.
- Trigger contract signatures through DocuSign and Manage all contracts stablished by Procurement.
- Support extension of existing contracts.
- Take care of all e-sourcing activities such us providing access and training to end users, register suppliers in the system, solve technical issues, support building RFP/RFI and e-auctions.
- Be responsible for sourcing enablement activities: Consolidation of quotations and comparisons matrix, ensure timely response from suppliers, payment terms negotiation, SOW reviews.
- Access all requests received for Sourcing Purposes to ensure accuracy on the information and enhance projects brief.
- Generate ideas for process improvements with respect to the processes in scope and ensure high quality and efficient work.
- Problem analyses and proposal or assessment of solutions, and respective implementation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Ariba Sourcing platform.
- Pro-active mindset in terms of identifying opportunities to drive automation and continuous improvement ideas.
- Experience in a Shared Service environment or similar.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and high degree of customer orientation.
- Solid interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of customer orientation; can navigate easily within complex organizations, connect with a variety functions, audiences, management styles, or cultures.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Highly results driven and self-motivated team player with compassion, integrity, trust and perseverance.
- Curious and growth mindset; keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone, look beyond the obvious.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration/Finance/ Procurement or similar.
- 2+ years relevant work experience in the Procurement area
