Our Commercial Master Data team is responsible for stewarding high-quality master data throughout our go-to-market process. We translate strategic concepts into clear, trusted product messaging to be consistently delivered across the right channels and touchpoints. You will play an important supporting role within the team, contributing to the daily operations that keep our master data accurate, governed and ready. Your work will help strengthen our foundation as we continue to streamline how we create, govern and deliver our premium brand experience at scale. You will be joining the Commercial Operations team within Global Commercial Strategy and report to the Head of Commercial Master Data. Master data is a core pillar of Commercial Operations.
Your Mission
- Data Quality: Be a trusted support partner to the Product and Account Master Data functions, assisting with the day-to-day management of data modelling and data updates as well as proactively supporting issue investigations and resolutions
- Data Governance & Readiness: Contribute to readiness reporting and governance practices by proactively monitoring data readiness, identifying gaps and helping ensure we maintain high-quality and reliable master data for our teams
- Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Inspire the evolution of our ways of working by contributing ideas, exploring automation and AI-driven enhancements and helping strengthen how we create, govern and deliver our product messaging at scale. We’re a small team with big dreams
Your story
- You are comfortable working with large datasets and connecting the dots, and have 1-2 years of experience in a data focused role
- You are highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have some understanding of master data concepts, any experience working with a Product Information Management (PIM) tool is a bonus
- You are highly proficient working with spreadsheets
- You are a strong team player but have the ability to work independently and take initiative
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders
- You enjoy seeing the bigger picture and have a mindset geared towards continuous improvement

The Case Study
What's your style? This task will help us understand how you think, face a challenge and give insight into your novel ideas. Designed to give everyone their best shot, your case study is based on something you might typically experience on the job. This is your chance to show us what you’ve got. So express yourself. Step Five
The Experience Day
Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.

The Result
