WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be working with geographically distributed techno-functional teams spread across Nike World Headquarters, Beaverton, Oregon, US and Nike India Technology Center Bengaluru powering Nike’s digital product creation journeys. As part of your daily activities, you will be working closely with a team of software engineers to build industry standard business process optimization and automation workflows. You will drive collaboration across teams to deliver solutions to complex business problems.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for self-driven, highly motivated and passionate problem solvers who satisfy the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of relevant software development experience

  • Hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 platform

  • Proven experience delivering complex enterprise business process automation solutions

  • Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Node.js or Python

  • Solid experience working with APIs and databases

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern development practices

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive outcomes

Bonus Points For

  • Automation Anywhere A360 Advanced Developer Certification

  • Experience with bot migrations across automation platforms

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate

  • Exposure to AWS cloud offerings such as lambdas, EC2, S3, DynamoDB

  • Experience in integrating automation solutions with AIML offerings

  • Awareness of performance trade-offs and IT/information security governance best practices

  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  • Prior experience working with cross functional teams and stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Software Engineer III, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering automation-driven solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. You’ll work on well-defined problems, lead solution design, and drive execution end-to-end—with minimal supervision.

You’ll collaborate with architects, product owners, and fellow engineers to build scalable, secure, and performant solutions while mentoring junior teammates and sharing best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable solutions for well-defined business challenges with minimal guidance

  • Lead development and delivery of technical solutions that meet business needs and align with Nike’s architectural standards

  • Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability

  • Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical discussions

  • Drive knowledge-sharing across the team through learning sessions, deep dives, and retrospectives

  • Take full ownership of features and solutions spanning 2–3 sprint cycles

  • Contribute to innovation by facilitating brainstorming and crowdsourcing of new ideas.
