Full Description
Summary: Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Social Media Coordinator for our growing global social team, with a focus on Fanatics Collect and Fanatics Live. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the team as we strengthen and expand our social media presence. As Social Media Coordinator, you will support content curation and publishing across platforms, help execute real-time programming tied to product drops, livestream events, auctions, and hobby news. You’ll contribute to the overall strategy while being hands-on in the day-to-day planning, execution and monitoring of social activity.
This position will be responsible for handling a wide variety of duties, which include, but are not limited to the ones listed below.
What you will be doing....
- Creating and publishing social-first content across key channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook), ensuring it aligns with platform best practices and brand voice.
- Working closely with social team leadership to support campaigns and tentpole moments across Fanatics Collect and Fanatics Live.
- Maintaining and updating a social media content calendar.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify on-brand content trends and social conversations to tap into and bring recommendations to the team.
- Assist in preparation of performance reports and recaps.
- Ensure all marketing efforts are implemented following appropriate guidelines
- Live the global social team core values (Character, Positivity, Action-Biased, Openness, Intentionality, Empathy and Relationally Invested) and lead by example.
- Passionate about sports, collectibles, and the hobby space.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Highly organized and capable of balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
What you will bring...
- 2+ years' experience of relevant social media or content experience, ideally for a consumer brand.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly, creatively, and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
The salary range for this position is $62,500 - $72,500, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
