Job Description

As Senior Web Tracking Analyst you will be responsible for the Web tracking Implementation across Entain websites portfolio.

You will ensure the accuracy of the behavioural data and continuously validate the data collected.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Optimize web analytics/tracking solution for Entain product suite
• Optimize the Datalayer Structure and usage to support web analytics/ tracking solutions and marketing tagging.
• Manage web tracking data collection tools.
• Working with Product Management and Operations teams to enable the delivery of relevant behavioural data.
• Manage process flow and data flow to enable a single source of truth for all relevant web-tracking data sources
• Partner with product management to ensure seamless implementation of new features and mitigate implementation-related web analytics issues
• Support to ensure reliable web tracking data against any kind of backend-derived figures (Source Database, DWH)
• Being a point of contact for Product Web Tracking requests.
• Providing consultancy on data and/or techniques that can be used to exploit additional opportunities or resolve any other business issue.
• Be an advocate for user experience and a promoter of user experience-driven and player journey-focused w.ork
• Coordinate dependencies between tasks, other product management Teams and Web analysts
• Support Web Tracking technical implementation across all products and platforms including apps.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Web Analyst with a focus on implementation.
• Server-Side Tagging Experience
• In-depth Web analysis skills together with comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce, web and mobile applications.
• Deep technical knowledge of Web tracking solutions (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, others) deployed to support operational activity and development projects (including multiple installs and upgrades across global companies).
• Strong analytical skills and process orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Able to proficiently write JavaScript/HTML/CSS for use with tag management and features building for personalizing content
• Familiarity with Ad tags, implementation and enabling a secure implementation.
• High level of expertise in Tags implementation and troubleshooting
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics APIs
• Advanced proficiency in SQL or JavaScript - Scala or Python knowledge.
• Requires Strong Communication and Project Management skills
• JavaScript Expert
• Expert in GTM (specifically a strong understanding of GTM)
• Expert knowledge of GA360 and GA4 configuration.
• Wider understanding of the wider GMP stack, including ADH, DV360, and SA360.
• Experience with Google Cloud – Specifically Big Query, App Engine/Cloud Run
• Strong understanding of website technology (JS, CMS, Single Page Apps, iframes)
• Experience with Firebase
• Experience with API concepts/data integrators
• Experience with Privacy tech (one Trust) is desirable
• Experience using ticketing tools (JIRA)
