Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) Reporting & Process Management: Own the OTIF reporting process, ensuring accurate measurement, while driving cross-functional coordination to meet delivery milestones and performance targets.
- Supply Chain Strategy Development: Support the creation and execution of supply chain strategies, aligning with business goals to optimize Supply Chain Cost to Serve while enabling Fanatics Commerce growth.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data from various sources to uncover trends, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across operations, procurement, logistics, and finance to gather insights, validate assumptions, and implement strategic initiatives driving supply chain optimization while prioritizing service to the customer.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain health and present recommended options to help inform strategic decisions.
- Project Management & Execution: Support the successful execution of supply chain projects, ensuring that key initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, data analytics, or a related field. Familiarity with supply chain software and business intelligence tools is preferred.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Excel, SQL, Microstrategy, Power BI, Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.
- Business Understanding: Previous exposure to supply chain OTIF management process a plus. Basic knowledge of supply chain functions, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management is preferred
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP ) are a plus.
