As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and growing propositions for millions of fans worldwide. You will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial strategy and performance of different properties and you’ll work with key partners and internally to help grow the appeal and success of the propositions. Your work will directly shape the way fans interact with content on DAZN, making live and on-demand content more accessible, dynamic, and engaging than ever before.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Defining propositions in medium term and working on continuing development
- Support the ongoing, end-to end performance analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Determining growth levers to increase fan engagement, drive commercial performance and broaden revenue streams
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support proposition strategy, and business case development
- Partner cross-functionally with Rights, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations to implement initiatives
- Conduct market analysis to inform go-to-market recommendations
- Develop executive-ready presentations for internal leadership, board materials, and rightsholder discussions
- Work with central marketing team and DAZN’s core markets to ensure GTM plan and promotions are being maximised
- Act as key contact for partnerships, alongside rights team, to maximise collaboration outcomes
What You'll Bring:
- 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or in-house strategy
- Demonstrable experience utilizing strategic analytical skills, including financial modelling and forecasting, market situation / trend analyses, scenario planning, go to market / roll out plans and operational feasibility assessments
- Strong experience in relationship management both internally and externally
- The ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate analyses in an efficient and effective manner to a variety of internal audiences across departments and functions
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- A collaborative mindset and proven success of managing across a broad multi function stakeholder group, with the ability to work independently when required
- An understanding and interest in the sports and broader media industries
