On is looking for a Process Improvement Lead to optimize operations within our Innovation, Design, Development, Material, and Sourcing teams.
In this role, you'll analyze, design, implement, and sustain process improvements to drive continuous company performance and operational excellence. You'll work autonomously on diverse challenges, leveraging your expertise in project management, collaborative thinking, stakeholder management, consulting, and communication.

Your Mission
- Proactively seek to understand operational challenges (predefined projects as well as new opportunities) to gain insight and pinpoint opportunities for improvement by leveraging synergies and building efficiencies in Product Organization.
- Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmarks.
- Provide, through collaboration with cross functional teams, an objective assessment of business operations and actionable plans to streamline the processes, including but not limited to defining the process scope, limits, outputs/inputs, implementation steps/plan, and contributors/stakeholders/owners.
- Document new and existing processes/process improvements through action plans, project roadmaps (where applicable), and regular communication to ensure project milestones and deliverables are implemented in a timely manner.
- Create step by step guidelines and visual diagrams where needed via process mapping, collaboration and project management tools.
- Establish measurements to determine the effectiveness of the process and review and test the process to implement improvements as needed
- Prepare & execute change management initiatives in order to implement & sustain new ways of working
Your story
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of consulting and/or process improvement experience, preferably for a Footwear company
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong business acumen balanced with analytical and interpersonal skills in order to see the big picture and draw out insights and observations
- Excellent stakeholder managements & communication skills (verbal & written) as well as the ability to communicate and influence across all levels of the global organization
- Highly detailed oriented and organized
- Problem solver with a proven ability to perform in a fast paced, highly complex organization
- Must be a self starter with a high level of accountability/ownership and a team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Quick and independent learner, able to synthesize organizational needs and system capabilities
- Desired certifications: Lean Green Belt, Prince 2/Project Management Professional (PIM institute), Change Management

In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.
