Senior Specialist Mops Systems & Tools

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Plan and execute Marketing Operations (MOPS) related systems and tools tasks. Ensure consistent article master data quality and accuracy across EMC Cluster. Improve system processes and support with local market requirements for Kazakhstan and Export countries.



Key Responsibilities:

• Plan timelines for related seasonal system and tools tasks and coordinate milestones cross-functionally.
• Keep calendars and tasks planners updated and share status updates with the relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and ensure timely execution of seasonal system uploads in ranging tools and ERP systems.
• Enter product details and seasonal information to Navision ERP system and ensure all product data is correctly formatted.
• Execute regular Brand Article Master Data checks in SAP, Navision and other related systems and tools. Generate reports and analyse data and system performance.
• Create and maintain business process descriptions and process flow charts. Keep Systems & Tools Playbook updated.
• Bring in E2E-process improvements and drive efficiency.
• Support with local catalogue creation (Listing / Segmentation).
• Support with local Sell-in Tool preparation and Kazakhstan specific requirements.
• Collaborate with the Cluster Category Team, Concept-to-Consumer Team, SAP and Navision Support, and cross-functional teams including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Channel Teams & Sales Excellence, Customer Service, and Finance.
• Raise tickets and coordinate with Service Support teams.
• Create and maintain standardized templates and checklists to ensure data consistency.
• Support Brand related Systems & Tools projects and monitor timelines.
• Assist with other Marketing Operations tasks.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Pro-active, collaborative, and positive attitude
• High Education in related field
• Relevant experience in other companies (from 2 years)
• Preferred experience in automation software tools (e.g., UiPath) and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and/or Navision (strong ERP system skills)
• Excel advanced user, Power BI
• Upper-intermediate level of English is a minimum
