Responsible for the sales & sports operations of the organization. Develops and implements by sports sales strategies, manages partner, monitors competitor, consumers and industry activity. Responsible for research/biz analysis, sports development, partner management and marketplace insights.

Develops and execute strategies with strategic accounts; including seasonal by sports biz plans, revenue targets & KPIs related to products. Drives business through partner by utilizing partner service skills and building strong relationships based upon product/sports and marketplace expertise which results in consistent target attainment.

Typical Capabilities

  • Scope: Large teams, mid-size or major projects/programs/customers.
  • Complexity: Works with non-routine information and develops recommendations for ideas or services. Develops and manages operational initiatives to deliver tactical results. Provides direction and mentorship to teammates. Communicate clearly to a broad audience.
  • Influence power & communication skills: Work with x-function team & external partner to deliver the strategy & result.
  • Problem Solving: Solve problems using limited information and implements solutions with the ability to foresee most future implications. Takes initiative to improve upon existing processes.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Advanced-level professional. Strong knowledge of sports industry & products. Also possess analytical skills on biz & products.

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree is required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
