You influence senior stakeholders with facts, instinct, and strong storytelling, and you understand the business end‑to‑end—from product integrity to financial impact. Most of all, you care about craft. You push for better, smarter, more consumer‑relevant product every season.
- 8+ years of footwear product development experience, including people leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, Engineering, Physical Sciences or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

- Strong project leadership within a fast‑paced, matrixed global organization
- Open to work in Beaverton, Oregon; travel up to 15% required
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead teams and projects that turn bold ideas into tested, manufacturable footwear for the next generation of Jordan athletes. You’ll drive the full product creation process, protecting design intent while delivering on performance, cost, sustainability, and timing in a highly collaborative environment.
