WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 
You will report directly into the APLA Retail Marketing Senior Manager. This position as part of the Marketing team works closely with many cross-functional teams. These include, but are not limited to Visual Merchandising, Brand Management, Digital Platform teams, Digital Brand teams, Store Business partners, Sports Marketing partners, Merchants, Product teams, Frontline Store Teams, and external agency partners.

It is important to note that you will be working with the cross-functional teams across both Jordan and Nike.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
We're looking for a collaborative, creative and consumer-focused retail marketer who can connect with the Nike consumer and drive Brand affinity and business results. Our ideal candidate is solution oriented, has a passion for retail, sport and the culture of sport, and dedication to understanding what makes our consumer connect with our brand. Retail marketing is a dynamic, fast-paced and ever-evolving world- so an ability to be nimble, well organized, collaborative, and sweat the details is key. A team-first energy and optimism is part of our marketing team’s DNA – we work hard and play hard.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training

  • 3+ years of marketing experience or store experience

  • Small-Large Fleet, vertical retail experience

  • Strong understanding of Retail Marketing, reporting and data analysis

  • A passion for marketing, product and storytelling

  • A dedication to details

  • An innate curiosity and strong desire to learn

  • The ability to take risks, learn and quickly pivot

  • A love for being on a team and working collaboratively towards a common goal

  • A self-starter with excellent organizational skills

  • The ability to multi-task

  • Exceptional written, verbal, visual communication and presentation skills

  • Pro-active problem solver, ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolutionA love for the art and the science of marketing

  • Can-do demeanor with shown ability of adapting to change in business needs or direction.

  • A passion for the Athlete*, Sport* and Culture along with a sense of humor and humility

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a senior professional, you will play a critical role in being the main retail point of contact in your city. You will be planning and executing against Jordan product launches, sport moments, and foundational retail excellence. You will assist in the development and communication of retail marketing plans, briefs and project tracking as well as tools needed to execute across the marketplace and achieve scale. This role is also key support for seasonal product ordering, event logistics, and overall project/agency coordination with planning & operations partners.

You will be covering Jordan concepts across Monobrand stores, Nike Direct and Wholesale partners.
