WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join Nike’s Global Costing team, reporting to the Director of Apparel & Accessories Costing based in Singapore. This role partners closely with finance, manufacturing, sourcing, and factory development teams to deliver insights that shape margin planning and costing strategies across the business.

This individual understands product cost structures and financial fundamentals and can navigate complex datasets with precision. They bring strong communication and influencing skills, enabling them to partner effectively across functions and with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can balance independent work with collaboration and is passionate about improving processes and tools to drive efficiency and impact.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must be based in Singapore

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in costing, finance, or analytics

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.

  • Good knowledge of finance essentials and product cost structures.

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; knowledge of AI tools is a plus

  • Experience in apparel construction, textiles, or manufacturing is a plus

  • Able to engage in negotiation, with ability to influence and presentation skills.

  • A self-starter with ability to work independently, as well as collaborating across functional teams.

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead macroeconomic cost trend analysis and reporting for global costing and finance teams, supporting Nike’s margin planning process for Apparel & Accessories. You’ll also provide local analytical support and drive continuous improvement in costing tools and processes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish macroeconomic forecasts (e.g. labor costs) under the prevailing costing policy in partnership with costing and finance teams for Global Apparel & Accessories Costing.

  • Responsible for cost trends analytics – gathering factory partners input, analyze cost drivers changes and review with key functions.

  • Working with internal teams (costing managers, product developers and sourcing managers) to review factory cost capability and product mix portfolio. Support factory costing with factory partners directly as required.

  • Effectively communicates pertinent costing information to stakeholders and functions.

  • Prepare reports in a timely manner and provide analytical support to cross-functional key stakeholders.

  • Continuously improving costing tools, processes, and reporting to meet evolving business needs
