Fanatics Collectibles is building the future of trading cards, and we're just getting started. As we expand our global product lineup with new licenses (NFL, NBA, Disney, Marvel, and Premier League) alongside flagship existing licenses (MLB, F1, UFC, WWE, and more), we're scaling fast and investing heavily in the systems that power our end-to-end product experience.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across the entire physical trading card lifecycle from design through delivery. This role will be at the forefront of identifying and delivering tech-driven solutions that improve how we make and move our cards at scale, unlocking new levels of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a sharp operational mindset, technical fluency, and strong instincts for discovery and simplification.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for internal tooling related to sales, design, and production workflows, ensuring alignment across C-suite and with company goals
- Utilize design thinking methodologies to conduct deep product discovery –embedding with teams on-site, mapping physical and digital processes, and identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Translate complex operational workflows into clearly scoped product requirements, specs, and user stories
- Prioritize work based on user needs, business impact, and feasibility – balancing short-term wins with long-term scalability
- Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration - communicating clearly, setting shared goals, and aligning on outcomes
- Lead agile product delivery – managing sprints, backlog grooming, and collaboration with your engineering pod
- Drive user adoption and change management to ensure tools are used effectively across teams
- Continuously track performance and usage and iterate based on feedback and data
- This role will be based in New York with regular travel to Dallas
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on internal tools, enterprise platforms, or operational systems
- Strong technical fluency – experienced in working with engineers on systems architecture, data flows, and integration points; able to ask the right questions challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions about feasibility and scope
- Systems thinking and documentation skills – able to map complex workflows, simplify ambiguity, and uncover opportunities within operational processes
- Experience applying design thinking methodologies to discovery – including user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and iterative problem-solving
- Product judgment and prioritization skills – able to weigh user needs, technical constraints, and business goals to drive smart, impactful decisions
- Data-informed mindset with experience in data analysis, experimentation (e.g., A/B testing), and using insights to drive product decisions and continuous improvement
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional influence skills – able to align stakeholders, drive clarity, and lead without authority
- Deep intellectual curiosity – driven to ask hard questions, uncover root causes, and explore complex systems to unlock smarter solutions
- Experience developing GenAI applications and integrating APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers
- Direct experience in generating visual assets using Figma and related design tools
- Passion for trading cards and the collectibles industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, business, or a related discipline
In NYC, the salary range for this position is $160,000-$200,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. In Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $144,000-$180,000. The listed salary ranges are specific to Los Angeles or NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

Fanatics Collectibles also has partnerships with a number of individual international sports teams and leagues, as well as owners of other entertainment properties granting similar exclusive rights. Fanatics Collectibles recently announced Fanatics Live, expected to launch later in 2023, which will focus on transforming the digital shopping experience through personality-driven content and entertainment.
