Join our Audience Insights Team in Salzburg, Austria, and manage relationships with external suppliers, oversee daily data operations, and champion best practices in measurement. As media channels and methodologies continue to evolve, you will help refine Red Bull’s evaluation framework, providing strategic insights to assess brand reputation, performance, and global impact across sports and cultural initiatives.

Media Data Accuracy and Earned Media Insights
You’ll ensure the reliable, high-quality supply of earned media data across print, digital, and broadcast channels by maintaining accurate reporting processes. Through regular performance reports and ad hoc analyses, you’ll uncover trends, key drivers, risks, and opportunities, enabling data-driven decisions to optimize media strategies and align with Red Bull’s global objectives.
Media Analytics Platform
This role focuses on refining Red Bull’s media analysis suite, driving global adoption, and training teams on best practices. By aligning teams worldwide, you'll streamline workflows and improve media measurement processes.
Data into Strategic Narratives
As an advocate for earned media data, you will translate complex metrics into clear, compelling narratives that inform decisions and inspire teams to maximize the impact of media and branding initiatives.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years’ experience in media monitoring, sponsorship analysis, or related fields (agency background preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and interpret data (ETL) into actionable insights.
- Proven experience sourcing and evaluating earned media and monitoring data, with expertise in managing external suppliers or outsourced teams.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, native reporting dashboards).
- Basic understanding of Python and motivation to grow technical skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and curious, with a passion for sports, culture, and data storytelling.
- Travel 10-20%
