Full Description
The IT Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day IT support of end-users and focuses to continuously work towards an improved end-user satisfaction, leveraging Red Bull’s overall IT guidelines and IT service management processes. The person maintains an up-to-date and secure inventory of end-user’s devices and subsidiary/branch office IT equipment. Finally, the person supports IT and/or business projects (local, regional, or global).

IT SUPPORT & COLLABORATION
Ensures professional IT onboarding, daily support, and fast resolutions while managing key processes across services. Organizes trainings, explores emerging technologies, administers user accounts, supports local infrastructure, and suggests improvements for better alignment with IT teams.
EVENTS AND AUDIOVISUAL SYSTEMS
Provides technical support for events by configuring, controlling, and monitoring audiovisual systems. Manages live scenes, ensures signal synchronization, oversees pre-event setup and testing, integrates IT systems with event platforms, resolves issues in real-time, and plans scalable audiovisual solutions. Maintains equipment inventory and applies innovations to enhance the event experience.
END-USER DEVICES AND IT INFRASTRUCTURE
Maintains an accurate and updated IT asset inventory, coordinating the rollout and replacement of end-user devices and peripherals, managing local network and office infrastructure ensuring equipment purchases align with standards.
LOCAL IT PROJECT COORD & ADMINISTRATION
Ensures user satisfaction, supporting local projects, aligning business needs with regional IT solutions, assisting with IT budget planning, managing tasks using global project methods, and coordinating external vendors for hardware, A/V setups, and digital signage. Purchases align with standards.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Minimum +3 years IT experience.
- IT education and alt least 3+ years equivalent experience.
- Solid knowhow in Microsoft Windows and Office, Linux, Mobile Devices (MDM), Mac, AD, Exchange,O365, Networking and Security Services.
- Knowledge in programming php, drupal, mysql, etc. ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated personality, hands-on and flexible personality.
- Strong communicator and relator, tact in dealing with end-users.
- Strong analytical and problem solve skills towards IT peers
- Knowledge in the world of audiovisuals and events
- Fluent English and Spanish written and spoken
- Travel 10-20%
