An exciting opportunity with plenty of creative freedom awaits you in our Premium Partnerships / International team at our Hamburg location. Our colleague Julian Neuburger is looking for you to join his team as: 

Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing

In this pivotal role, you will drive the successful delivery of national and cross-border brokerage deals with global premium sports assets such as the Chicago Bulls, Kansas City Chiefs, Borussia Dortmund, EAFC and more. You will consult with both German and international brands, guiding them to strategically invest in long-term sponsorships as part of their marketing mix.

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients through various channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, networking events, and meetings.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of SPORTFIVE’s products and services, working collaboratively to achieve divisional budget targets and strategic objectives.
  • Lead sales pitches, understanding their objectives and securing revenue for the business (some international travel required).
  • Continuously develop prospect lists by leveraging market trends, product knowledge, and brand marketing expertise to identify relevant clients, industries, and geographies.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations in partnership with internal competence hubs (e.g., business intelligence, brand consulting), utilising consumer insights and proprietary methodologies.
  • Provide regular updates at team sales meetings, sharing activity, pipeline development, closed business, and insights for potential collaboration.
  • Ensure strong post-sales relationship management to enhance renewal probability and identify cross-sales/upselling opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • You are a highly motivated senior sales professional with a proven track record in generating sponsorship revenues (minimum 5–7 years’ experience).
  • You bring a strategic and consultative sales approach, with the ability to create customised partnerships tailored to corporate needs and objectives.
  • You are a genuine team player, willing and able to lead by example and foster a collaborative environment.
  • You possess outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence in delivering high-quality pitches to senior decision-makers in both English and German.
  • You have a strong network of brand contacts and the ability to build reliable relationships.
