Your mission
- Support regional Sales Director in all financial matters
- Constant order book & Secured Business reviews, derive profitability results and develop rolling forecasts and midterm outlook
- Create business cases for special sales activities including clearance deals
- Monitor individual Customer Profitability with focus on terms & conditions, product mix effects and marketing support
- Closely work with regional sales operations and regional merchandising. Review sell-thru reports, free to sell opportunities and align with cluster teams to monitor remaining wholesale business
- Deep dive on Authentic category Golf and partner with Director Golf Europe and local teams
- Maintain and further develop existing reports with focus on BI Reporting
- Drive Financial planning processes and prepare monthly financial meetings.
Your talent
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in controlling or similar field
- Good Business understanding preferably in fashion, footwear, or sporting goods.
- You possess a strong aptitude for analytics and a commitment to ongoing professional and personal growth
- Proficiency in Excel and office products is a given, and familiarity with Power BI is an advantage
- Solid communication skills (English and German) with ability to influence non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights.
