We’re looking for a highly experienced storyteller to craft copy and to concept industry-leading creative across our global campaigns. As Senior Copy Lead, you’ll work closely with Creative Directors and Art Directors to deliver impactful concepts and stories across channels. The ideal candidate is an expert conceptual storyteller with a deep understanding of channel best practices and leadership experience.

You confidently navigate the creative journey from beginning to end: from strategic foundations, moving through significant conceptual development and production, and culminating in the final rollout.
The Senior Copy Lead - Running will report to the Head of Creative - Running in the Creative Studio.
Your Mission
- Partner with Art Director to concept and execute innovative campaigns across all channels, bringing big ideas to life from briefs big and small.
- Confidently and articulately present creative ideas based on strategy and insights.
- Deliver concepts, films, OOH, and 360 campaigns with obsessive craft on ambitious timelines.
- Uphold and evolve On's distinctive voice, ensuring it remains fearless and unconventional.
- Lead creative in the Run category to success, fostering a sense of bravery and dedication within your team, ensuring they are motivated, inspired, and consistently delivering bold, original and inventive concepts and distinctive tones of voice for campaigns and projects.
- Manage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously, making sound creative decisions independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exemplify leadership in creative, championing the On Spirits, and actively contributing to company culture and events.
Your story
- A dynamic, experienced copywriter with 6+ years of experience as a creative championing big ideas on global advertising and/or marketing campaigns, brand side or at an agency.
- A passionate storyteller with a portfolio spanning film scripts, manifestos, OOH, and disruptive activations.
- Deep understanding of global digital user journeys and how to leverage touchpoints to drive meaningful action.
- Experience challenging the status quo and navigating complex stakeholder environments to deliver commercial results.
- Comfortable leading high-impact initiatives that significantly influence the business and brand trajectory.
- You know how to lead and inspire within your team, identify underlying issues and root causes, and seek solutions to problems.
- You have a deep love for, and experience in, culture, fashion, and performance sports.

The Case Study

Designed to give everyone their best shot, your case study is based on something you might typically experience on the job. This is your chance to show us what you’ve got. So express yourself. Step Five
The Experience Day
Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.
