You'll turn complex data into actionable insights that inform content, marketing, and commercial strategy. You’ll support the analysis and delivery of actionable insights to drive growth across DAZN’s global business. This individual contributor role will require you to work cross-functionally—partnering with marketing, product, strategy, and finance—to provide data-led recommendations that shape key business decisions. You’ll manage business intelligence projects, develop dashboards, and present insights that influence strategy at the highest levels.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000. This is hybrid role which will be based mostly on site from our New York office.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable insight to drive growth, engagement, and retention
- Build dashboards, reports, and models using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Analyse performance across marketing, product, and content
- Partner with stakeholders to understand and meet their data needs
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity using large datasets
- Present insights to senior leadership in clear, impactful ways
- Collaborate with the Data Science and Analytics teams
- Contribute to the evolution of DAZN’s business intelligence capabilities
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience in a commercial insight, strategy, or BI role
- Proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong data storytelling and presentation abilities
- Commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into action
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sport and a curiosity for consumer behaviour
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
