Senior Graphic Designer (m/f/d) Global Athlete Partnerships

Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

• Develop creative, strategic and customised sales, spnsoring and activation concepts around top-tier athlete clients, such as Jürgen Klopp, Manuel Neuer or Alexander Zverev
• Support the global team in consulting international brands, acquiring new mandates and telling athletes' stories through podcasts or documentaries
• Deliver the full creative suite to answer briefings in creatively relevant ways, from bespoke graphics and mockups to storyboards, in-depth testimonial strategy decks and moving imagery
• Turn data and industry research into visually compelling and persuasive pitches
• Create sales inventory to unlock client conversations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3-5 years of experience in delivering creative concepts and visual material on highest level in both German and English, both in standardized templates and in individualized presentations
• Superior presentation-making skills: Strong proficiency in Powerpoint, creation of advertising mockups and basics in video editing are required; knowledge of Slides.com, Photoshop / Illustrator, experience with AI and motion tools are a plus
• Passion for sports culture and storytelling to craft compelling narratives for brands / products and their target audience
• Strategic and creative mindset and comfortable to support in client presentations
• Ability to prioritize stakeholders and manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, time-sensitive and sales-oriented environment
