As the Senior Director of Sales, Americas, you will act as a primary architect of On's wholesale strategy in our largest global market. Sitting on the Americas Leadership Team and reporting directly to our General Manager for the Americas, you will serve as a high-level executive responsible for driving regional revenue, managing a diverse wholesale ecosystem, and shaping the brand's premium market positioning. You will be responsible for ensuring On’s premium presence while navigating a high-growth, high-complexity landscape, ensuring our commercial footprint reflects our commitment to innovation and people-first leadership.

Your Mission

  • Orchestrate and align the Wholesale channel to the long-term omnichannel vision for the Americas the long-term omnichannel vision for Americas, aligning regional execution with global enterprise goals to secure sustainable, multi-year market leadership
  • Lead the wholesale and regional sales organizations to deliver premium brand experiences, optimizing account portfolios for high-value growth and brand elevation
  • Partner as a core member of the Americas Leadership Team to shape regional strategy, ensuring sales initiatives are seamlessly integrated with marketing, operations, and finance
  • Influence global commercial direction by acting as a strategic conduit between regional market dynamics and global executive leadership Cultivate a high-performance culture across a tiered leadership structure, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and the scaling of On’s core values
  • Drive enterprise-level innovation within the sales function, challenging conventional wholesale models to pioneer new ways of connecting with the athlete and consumer
  • Navigate complex trade-offs between speed of execution and strategic depth, ensuring the organization remains agile in a volatile economic environment
  • Cultivate and scale high-impact partnerships with key national retailers to establish On as the premium sportswear brand in market

Your story

  • You bring 13+ years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles within a global, premium performance or lifestyle brand
  • You have 6+ years of experience leading functions with teams of leaders, demonstrating mastery in managing enterprise complexity and driving strategic depth through tiered management layers
  • Proven track record of owning large-scale P&Ls and driving significant market share growth within the North American wholesale and retail landscape
  • Expert-level ability to influence at the executive level and navigate a global-local matrix to align diverse stakeholder interests toward a unified vision
  • Deep experience in organizational design and culture safeguarding, with a focus on building resilient, diverse, and high-achieving sales teams
  • You possess the strategic altitude to translate macro-economic trends into actionable commercial roadmaps that safeguard the brand’s premium equity

Bring any questions you have about the job, the team or anything else you might like to know – this is an open forum.

  • Step Four

    The Case Study

    What's your style? This task will help us understand how you think, face a challenge and give insight into your novel ideas. Designed to give everyone their best shot, your case study is based on something you might typically experience on the job. This is your chance to show us what you’ve got. So express yourself.   • Step Five

    The Experience Day

    Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.

    The Result
