Senior Designer - NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Design and develop the products that will be created and sold to consumers including original concepts, selection of appropriate materials, and modifications to ensure manufacturability as part of the design team; create sample products to assist in the determination of production processes; drive the digital creation process from ideation to manufacturing for footwear; utilize digital tools to create innovative concepts, collaborate with 3D counterparts and product creation teams, and establish consistent tool and process applications; create and present assets to communicate design intent to diverse audiences; support seasonal and creative launch deliverables, set project priorities with team, and work with the Development team to leverage digital assets for commercialization; provide technical expertise and process support across teams; translate organization objectives into a clear team strategy; and manages issues and resolve conflicts across cross functional teams, internally and externally. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Footwear Design, or Product Design and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a design-related occupation.
