As a Senior Business Analyst for Enterprise Applications at DAZN, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business stakeholders and our development teams. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects. Your experience and expertise will be crucial in driving the success of our software development initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to elicit and document clear and comprehensive business requirements.
•  Requirement Analysis: Analyse and evaluate business processes and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Documentation: Create detailed and well-structured documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project goals.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions that align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to define test cases and ensure that the final software product meets the specified requirements.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies, and proactively suggest process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts on the team.

What you'll bring:

•  8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within scope.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of software development processes and technologies.
