THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:

  • Develop and implement strategies for FIFA's owned and operated platform and Social Media handles to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive revenue growth through diverse digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEA, SEM & ASO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Develop and execute monetization strategies for digital platforms.
  • Coordinate social media efforts to enhance relevance and engagement.
  • Define and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies, including planning, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and implement push notification campaigns to boost engagement and retention.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize audience growth strategies and campaign performance via evidence-based content planning.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on audience growth and engagement
  • Proven track record in driving audience growth and revenue through digital marketing channels
  • Strong understanding of social media management, email marketing, and content coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is an asset
  • Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills
  • Extremely well organized and able to work to numerous parallel deadlines, including short term deadlines
  • Ability to work with the business intelligence team to set deliverables for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of digital marketing and communication initiatives, activations and new digital initiatives
  • Flexible mindset, stress resilient and relishes working in a high-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel on a frequent basis
