Job Title: Seasonal Event Coordinator

Reports to: Events Manager 
Contract Length: 9 months (until December 2025)

Summary:

This role will support the planning, delivery, and execution of a variety of fan events taking place throughout Europe during the 2025 NFL regular season.

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Support with the planning and delivery of NFL’s European tentpole events

• Lead NFL One Pass app integration into all fan events

• Support with ad-hoc fan events throughout Europe and Africa

• Support with NFL commercial partner integration at events

• Support with the day-to-day management of the in-market event agency

• General administration support including invoices, schedules, meeting minutes, building presentations, project plans, talent briefings and contracts

Experience Required:

• Higher education degree or equivalent highly desirable

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working within the events industry

• Experience managing end-to-end process of small – medium scale events (preparation and delivery)

• Willingness to travel, work long hours and weekends when required

Desirable (non-essential) Skills

• Spanish speaking

• Experience working in sports events

• Experience working with an events agency

• An understanding of American Football
