Screen Print Operator 1st Shift

*Adjust machine speed, alignments, temperature, ink flow and pressure tolerances
• Registration to ensure optimal print clarity, color accuracy and adherence to specifications of products
• Use hand tools, hand-wheels and knobs to adjust controls, pressure rolls and machine parts
• Re position printing plates in efforts to improve print quality
• Measure, adjust and spread proper color and viscosity of inks and color compounds into reservoirs, troughs, hoppers and color holders
• Assist in reviewing job orders to produce appropriate quantity, stock specifications, color, color sequences of materials in the proper time frame
• Quality check products, services, and processes
• Clean, lubricate and perform preventive maintenance on printing machines sand components
• Monitor gauges, dials and indicators for proper machine performance
