Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing our Deal Sheet process - ensuring all benefit contracts are processed in line with internal protocols and liaise across internal teams such as procurement, legal, third-party security and data protection to achieve compliant contracts.

Maintain the deal sheets, third-party security and data protection assessment trackers to pro-actively stay ahead of reviews and renewals.

Support the Benefit Systems Implementation team in setting up providers in new locations.

Ensuring all benefits policy documentation is accurate in addition to any digital content on our benefits platforms.

Managing the end-to-end processing of benefit invoices, ensuring compliance with company standards and internal guidelines.

Responsible for producing monthly statistics and insights on benefit engagement, costs, demographics etc.

Responsible for obtaining benefit insights from our providers to include in monthly/quarterly statistics and analysis.
Skills & Capabilities

A strong interest in developing a career in Reward and Employee Benefits

Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments with changing priorities

Ability to manage input from multiple collaborators and collaborate across teams

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely

Ability to explain policy, process and data results to a broad range of business collaborators

Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge, including working with formulas, pivot table and data analysis

Proven analytical skills and good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate analysis and insights from data

Excellent attention to detail, and a methodical approach to your work

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy team

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Qualifications & Experience
-
Previous experience (internships or otherwise) in HR, data analysis, or related field is a plus but not essential
Measure of Success

Accurate and timely management of the Deal Sheet and benefit contracting process

Up-to-date and audit-ready documentation across trackers, policies and provider data

Timely and correct invoice processing

Insightful and regular benefit data analysis shared with partners

Smooth onboarding and setup of new benefit providers

Proactive issue resolution and effective collaborator communication
