Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Retail Operations Associate to support the operations of our new Regent Street store in London. You’ll play a key role in managing product allocation, inventory flow, and logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support future store expansion. This role reports to the Retail Business Manager and is based in our London office.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented operator with experience in retail buying, inventory management, or supply chain. You should be confident using data to drive decisions, managing logistics, and solving operational issues end-to-end. A passion for sports, culture, and entertainment is a strong plus.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage product allocation, replenishment, and inventory flow from manufacturer to store—adjusting based on performance, capacity, and demand
- Forecast demand and position stock to support in-store events, promotions, seasonal trends, and new store openings
- Oversee inbound logistics, including coordination with suppliers and delivery partners, product setup, and exception handling (e.g., delays, overstock)
- Maintain accurate product data, including pricing, barcodes, configurations, and arrival timelines
- Analyze and maintain reporting dashboards to track allocation accuracy, stock availability, and sell-through
- Support the Retail Manager on retail expansion and new store launches, including sourcing external SKUs and managing warehousing and transport
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2–3+ years of experience in retail buying, supply chain, operations, or inventory management
- Strong analytical thinker who uses data to inform decisions and solve operational challenges
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Confident communicator with experience coordinating across suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders
- Proactive and resourceful self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative to improve processes
- Comfortable owning tasks end-to-end—from identifying issues to implementing and following through on solutions
- Passionate about sports, entertainment, and culture, with a drive to learn and grow within a dynamic team
The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
