Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Analysecampaigns, content, and channel performance datafrom multiple sources(e.g.Meta, Google,TikTok, Xetc.)to generate actionable insightsand reports
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to uncover audiencebehaviours, motivations, and trends
Work with teams to measure effectivenessthrough the setting and tracking of KPIs,providingrecommendationsforoptimisation
Contribute to client presentations,weekly andmonthlyreports, and opportunity mapping
Conduct landscape reviews and benchmarkclientperformance against competitors
Identify,trackand recommendcultural, technological, and platform shifts relevant to clients
Knowledge and Experience
Comfortable working withlarge amountsofperformance data from platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn findings into stories and actionable insights
Experiencedwith numbers and data,especiallyadvanced Excel skillsto interpret and manipulate information
Asharpunderstanding of what“good”digitalcontent looks like, paired with a desire to continuously refine,optimise, and elevate creative output.
An understanding of howsports propertiescommonlyutilisedigitaland social media to grow, engage andmonetisetheir audience
A methodical approach to work with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to challenge assumptions whenanalysinginsights
A strong interest in social media and an awareness of how platforms like X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,TikTok,Reddit, and Snapchat shape content and engagement
Excellent communication and presentation (PowerPoint) skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, contributing to shared goals and delivering strong collective outcomes.
Strongorganisationalskills with a proactive mindset; able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with ease
We’dLove If You Also Have These:
Knowledgeof data visualization/dashboardingtoolse.g.Tableau, LookerStudioetc.
Experience with online researchtoolse.g.GWI,Brandwatch,Blinkfireetc.
A passion for culture, media, sport, entertainment, and/or technology
Anaptitude for technical exploration; whilst there is no requirement for any coding knowledge, it always helps to understand how the fundamental infrastructures of the internet, websites, and digital platforms work
Experience with reporting on paid campaignsacross Meta, X and Google
Working Conditions
This is a permanent position, based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
Working hours are09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
May berequiredto attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
Unsocial hours may berequired, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
