Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Client Leadership, Relationship Ownership & Commercial Growth of Airline Distribution Partners
- Serve as the senior point of contact for all airline clients distributing Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra
- Lead the analysis and interpretation of passenger viewership and content performance data, transforming insights into commercial and operational strategy
- Oversee monthly partner reporting and ensure findings inform performance optimisation
- Drive airline onboarding processes, ensuring content, technical and operational requirements are delivered cooperatively across the business
- Work with wider teams to strengthen long-term airline partnerships through regular communication rhythms, strategic reviews, and high-touch client service
- Maintain oversight of all key partner information including contract terms, technical requirements, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams in developing partner decks throughout onboarding & commercial pitch process and other touch points throughout the year, including trade shows and wider team workshops
- Work with marketing team to identify new promotional opportunities across airline-owned channels (inflight screens, seatback UIs, onboard magazines, airport lounges, digital platforms)
- Ensure performance insights and regular updates from commercial, distribution, operations, channel, acquisitions and marketing are shared across the entire Sport 24 team
Leadership & Team Management
- Guide other Account Managers, providing coaching, development, and performance feedback
- Set clear goals, ensure workflow efficiency, and elevate standards across client service and reporting
- Act as a senior escalation point for partners and internal departments
- Champion a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with TKO values
Knowledge and Experience:
- Significant experience (typically 6–10+ years) in client management within sports media, advertising, or entertainment industries
- Proven track record of leading high-value commercial partnerships and delivering revenue growth
- Strong expertise in sports media rights, broadcast distribution, advertising operations, and campaign delivery
- Experience working with international client bases, particularly airlines or premium travel media environments
- Strong data fluency and ability to interpret viewership and content performance analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- A genuine passion for sport & media desirable
Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional relationship-building and senior stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify growth opportunities and negotiate effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Decisive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience of IP TV Distribution is not essential but will benefit the role.
Working Conditions:
- This is a permanent position
- This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
