Reddit Content Producer

The Role

We are looking for a Reddit Content Producer on a fixed term contract basis to lead on the ideation and creation of content on the Reddit platform that drives community growth whilst delivering authentic engagement for our global fanbase. This exciting role is for an initial fixed 12-month period and sits within our Content and Media team.

Who We Are

Your day-to-day

• Create outstanding content - you'll relish the opportunity to plan and create best-in-class content for Reddit to drive community growth
  
• Provide exceptional channel management - you will take pride in managing our club's newly created official Reddit page, driving conversation and engagement amongst the community 
  
• Champion our brand - you'll be entrusted to ensure our unique tone of voice and brand are represented on the platform successfully
  
• Collaborate with platform experts - you will diligently manage relationships with official Reddit moderators to ensure we're creating content that will resonate with the existing community on the platform
  
• Create insightful reports -you'll pull together monthly Reddit reports to benchmark against pre-set targets, as well as help us to optimise our Reddit content strategy 
  
• Act as a platform superuser - you will partner with Reddit to ensure we're utilising new features and implementing them to full effect 
  
• Deliver unique Reddit experiences - you'll implement a number of platform specific experiences on the channel, such as "ask me anythings" and other behind-the-scenes content 
  
• Ensure alignment with the wider department - you will make sure that your colleagues in the Content and Media team are up-to-date with Reddit trends and updates

What we are looking for

• Track record of creating sports content - you're proud of your history of creating high quality content for a sports organisation, including written and video based content 
• Experience with the Reddit platform - you're well versed in using Reddit and creating content that will land with its audience
  
• Data-driven mindset - you're able to pull together data and insight reports for social channels 
  
• In-depth football knowledge - you possess an thorough understanding of football and its nuances 
  
• Background in social channel management - you're confident with community management on social media platforms 
  
• Excellent communicator - you thrive when you're building and maintaining impactful relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, and you can clearly communicate your ideas to all
  
• Organised and adaptable mindset - you have exceptional time management skills and attention to detail, and you're able to work across a range of projects at pace, without compromising on quality or accuracy 
  
• Proud ambassador for our club - you strive to uphold our club's values and you respect the need for discretion and confidentiality within your role with us
