Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Recruitment Partner to support technical and professional hiring at Entain. This role, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, will act as a key recruitment contact point for stakeholders locally and a valued partner for global Resourcing colleagues.

You’ll play a vital role in managing full-cycle recruitment for specialised roles across Customer Care Operations, Product & Technology, Corporate & Commercial, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver quality outcomes. This role requires a strong communicator with experience in professional recruitment and a passion for stakeholder engagement and service excellence.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional roles across various business areas.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team culture.
• Serve as the local point of contact in Bulgaria for global Recruitment Partners, providing insight into the local market and supporting hiring initiatives.
• Contribute to the Group Resourcing team by ensuring a consistent and effective recruitment experience across the region.
• Use recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, assessments) to source, screen, and present high-quality candidates.
• Represent Entain’s employer brand through a professional and candidate-focused recruitment process.
• Support continuous improvement of hiring processes and tools to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting technical and/or professional profiles (e.g., tech, finance, HR, complex roles).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise, influence, and build trust with hiring managers and global peers.
• Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with remote collaboration.
• Strong sourcing and assessment skills, with a good understanding of recruitment technologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
