Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Partner Enablement & Readiness
• Execute training programs to enhance partner delivery capabilities and prepare them for business, policy, and program changes.
• Assess partner readiness and develop action plans to improve capabilities and maturity.
• Maintain and manage readiness materials, tools, and localized content.
Event Strategy & Execution
• Plan, coordinate, and execute regional partner events that align with strategic goals and drive engagement.
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor negotiations, registration, and on-site operations.
• Develop marketing materials and promotional strategies in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and report on key metrics such as ROI, satisfaction, and engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with internal teams across sales, marketing, customer success, and product development to align strategies and ensure smooth execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for partners, helping them navigate challenges and opportunities.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor partner performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement through enablement and training.
• Leverage data and insights to refine delivery methodologies and inform program enhancements.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to optimize partner engagement strategies.
Skills & Experience Required
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in both partner enablement and event planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with data analysis and strategic planning to measure program success.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Partner/Channel enablement, training, or event project management.
• Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities.
• Proficiency in readiness and event management methodologies.
• Native-level fluent in English and Spanish.
