About Flutter

A world leader in online sports betting and iGaming, with a market leading position in the US and across the world.

Flutter has an unparalleled portfolio of the most innovative, diverse and distinctive brands including FanDuel, Sky Betting & Gaming, Sportsbet, PokerStars, Paddy Power, Sisal, tombola, Betfair, MaxBet, Junglee Games and Adjarabet.

Flutter consists of two commercial divisions (FanDuel and International) and our central Flutter Functions; COO, Finance & Legal. Here in Flutter Functions we work with colleagues across all our divisions and regions to deliver something we call the Flutter Edge.

It’s our competitive advantage, our ‘secret sauce’ which plays a key part in our ongoing success and powers our brands and divisions, through Product, Tech, Expertise and Scale.

The Senior Talent Team is responsible for the Talent Management, Development & Acquisition activity for our top ~200 leaders across the globe, from the Executive Committee and four/five layers down. Working in partnership with members of our ExCo, extended leadership teams, and the divisional Chief People Officers and HR teams, the Senior Talent Team delivers outstanding talent solutions, across Flutter.

You'll be joining support strategic initiatives across Flutter- including the CEO-sponsored Play Bigger Program, Talent to Value, and ELP – our new Emerging Leaders Program passionate about Global Mobility. Through these strategic projects, and under pinned by our Senior Talent bench strength, we’re building groundbreaking programs that will power forward our leadership development proposition.
