Film & Motion Graphics Designer

Role Purpose

The Film & Motion Graphics Designer will play a vital role in bringing Flutter’s storytelling to life through compelling visual content. Reporting to the Brand & Creative Director, this role will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality film and motion graphics to support internal and external communications, digital channels, and broader creative campaigns.

The successful candidate will craft engaging and innovative content aligned to our new recently launched Flutter brand identity. Your work must inform, inspire, and connect diverse audiences across Flutter’s global business. You will also support the creative studio on static design projects when required.

This is a hands-on creative role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ideal for a visual storyteller who’s passionate about impactful communication and understands how to translate complex messages into engaging multimedia content.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Edit and produce film and motion graphics content for a wide range of communication needs, including internal campaigns, executive leaders messaging, social content, brand storytelling, and digital communications.
• Take the lead on film/motion gfx campaigns, including ideation, storyboarding, project management, audio, colour grading, and post-production.
• Manage versioning, captioning, and localisation of content for different regions and audiences.
• Design motion graphics assets such as title animations, explainer sequences and infographics to enhance our film content.
• Collaborate with team members across Internal Comms, External Comms, and Creative teams to understand objectives, audience needs, and desired impact.
• Lead on how AI can be used in creative ideation and project workflows to ensure our campaigns are at the forefront of current trends.
• Maintain an organised media library and support content archiving processes.

Skills & Capabilities

• 5+ years of experience in film and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing both narrative and branded content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or similar tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of storytelling and visual communication.
• Experience designing motion graphics for corporate or branded content.
• Ability to translate abstract concepts and messages into engaging film and animated formats.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative, engaging and dynamic polished outputs.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and provide creative input.
• Experience working in a large organisation or agency setting, with the ability to adapt content for diverse global audiences.
• A proactive individual with a passion for creativity and innovation.
