THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

  • Support the coordination and delivery of professional football projects deployed across multiple regions.
  • Coordinate selected projects or workstreams, ensuring timelines, outputs, and quality standards are met.
  • Assist senior team members in managing multiple projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide onsite and/or remote support for events, workshops, and activities, including preparation and follow-up.
  • Contribute to the development of recommendations, action plans, and implementation roadmaps for stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and briefing notes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with internal and external communications linked to project milestones and programme delivery.
  • Support the director and senior team members on ad-hoc strategic initiatives.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Consulting, Strategy, Finance, or a similar analytical environment    
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of complex and diverse projects
  • International professional experience in a multicultural environment
  • Previous experience in the Sports industry is a strong advantage
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • A Master’s degree in Sports Business Management or a related field is a strong advantage
  • Highly proficient in English
  • Fluency in other FIFA languages (ESP / FRA / ARA) is a valuable asset
  • Strong work ethic and professional values
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to organise work effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Client-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to take ownership and responsibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the Football industry, including its key dynamics and stakeholder groups
  • Willing and able to travel internationally, including on short notice
