WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role will work closely with the Nike Pacific Senior Manager – Brand Planning & Operations and Senior Manager – Brand Creative, as well as cross-functional partners in Marketing, Marketplace, Merchandise, Finance, and Legal. You’ll also engage with APLA geography teams to drive streamlined processes and creative excellence.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike Pacific are seeking a dynamic professional to join the Pacific Marketing Team in a hybrid role that combines Brand Planning & Operations with Creative Production. This unique position requires a strategic thinker who can orchestrate seasonal marketing processes while driving creative excellence across multiple platforms. You’ll balance operational rigor with creative agility, ensuring the brand delivers premium consumer experiences with clarity, discipline, and innovation. Specific requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years in brand marketing, planning, operations, or creative production within a global, matrixed organization.

  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows, prioritize effectively, and deliver against deadlines.

  • Strong project management and operational skills, including resource planning and budget oversight.

  • Experience in creative production across multiple mediums and platforms.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; ability to build trust quickly.

  • Forward-thinking, solutions-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Box, Microsoft Office; experience with Figma and Coupa a plus.

  • Passion for sport, culture, and the Nike brand.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the BP&O Professional, you will own and optimize the tools, processes, and workflows that power Nike Pacific’s marketing offense, while managing end-to-end creative production. You’ll collaborate across functions to align priorities, streamline communication, and deliver impactful stories and experiences that inspire consumers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and maintain seasonal marketing processes, ensuring key gates, dates, and milestones are clear and accessible.

  • Organize and facilitate planning forums to drive alignment and prioritization across teams.

  • Develop and refine operational tools and systems in partnership with cross-functional teams (Brand, Digital, Retail, Creative, Media, Finance).

  • Enable strategy activation by embedding critical initiatives into team ways of working.

  • Drive seamless communication across Geo, Territory, and cross-functional partners for flawless execution.

  • Manage end-to-end creative projects across digital, OOH, broadcast, and physical experiences.

  • Partner with internal teams and external creative agencies, artists, and production vendors to deliver premium, brand-right content.

  • Ensure creative output aligns with Nike Brand Standards and consumer-led strategies.

  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource planning for multiple concurrent projects.

  • Stay ahead of creative trends and innovations to elevate storytelling and production quality.
