What You’ll Do:
Provide operational management of production budgets and schedules
Ensure all financial reporting is up to date and delivered on-time to the Head of Production, Finance Executive, and Executive Producer
Support the Head of Production and Production Executive with preparation of budgets and programmes in development
Manage the production team, including recruiting Production Coordinators and Production Assistants, and proactively manage the career development of the team
Negotiate and issue contracts for vendors, suppliers and freelancers
Ensure freelance hires are booked in accordance with current employment/HMRC tax guidelines
Manage, arrange (and occasionally attend) shoots/outside broadcasts abroad and in UK
Be responsible for overseeing all health & safety procedures, protocols and requirements on a given production including risk assessments and insurance
Deliver content & deliverable paperwork to broadcasters
Champion IMG’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives as well as ensuring that IMG’s Mental Health initiatives are actively supported.
Work closely with colleagues during pre-production, production and post-production to champion and progress IMG’s ‘GreenToScreen’ sustainability goals and reduce the production’s carbon footprint wherever viable.
What You’ll Bring:
Previous experience working on live, studio, outside broadcast or non-live/digital productions
Managing junior production management personnel
Creating detailed, line-by-line production budgets
Knowledge of production and post-production technologies and workflows
Knowledge of archive and music clearance
Knowledge of production insurance, health & safety
Experience of dealing with International and UK broadcasters/federations/clients

These roles could be based at either of our London offices - Stockley Park, Uxbridge and/or Chiswick Park
