•Lead the production response during pitch and procurement phases, shaping the how as well as the what
•Build and manage senior-level relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders — acting as the production lead across key accounts
•Collaborate with our highly skilled internal production, fabrication, and logistics teams - setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards
•Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions at pace, both during planning and in live environments
•Manage complex budgets (six figures and above), including supplier negotiations, cost tracking, and reconciliations
•Ensure all work meets relevant compliance, H&S, sustainability, and insurance requirements
•Contribute to process development and best practices across the agency’s production function
•Mentor and support junior members of the team, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the team

•A collaborative leadership style, with experience managing teams and mentoring others
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to juggle several tasks at once and consistently deliver high-quality work to tight timescales
•Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
•Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers
