Our diversity of experience, expertise and opinions is our greatest asset, which is why we celebrate our differences. We are looking for individuals who want to put their hand up and challenge convention to create something exciting, bigger and better each and every time.

Wasserman Live is proud to share fresh perspectives and new ideas to produce work that others don’t and won’t.What we do is fast-paced, exciting and rewarding which is why we love it and why you’ll love life at Wasserman Live.

What you will be doing:

The role is within our Brand Experience Division at Wasserman Live, where we deliver experiential projects and campaigns for multiple clients. We work with brands in various sectors, from FMCG to aviation, and directly with rights holders to deliver for their partners.

We’re looking for a highly organised, resourceful, and proactive Producer to join our team and bring exceptional live experiences to life. You’ll be the driving force behind project delivery — collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to turn bold ideas into seamless, on-the-ground activations. This role requires proven industry experience, confident project leadership, and the ability to steer large-scale activations from pitch to wrap up, with clarity and authority.

Specific responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of experiential campaigns — from early planning through to delivery and post-event analysis

Own project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals and creative vision

Lead the production response during pitch and procurement phases, shaping the how as well as the what

Build and manage senior-level relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders — acting as the production lead across key accounts

Collaborate with our highly skilled internal production, fabrication, and logistics teams - setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards

Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions at pace, both during planning and in live environments

Manage complex budgets (six figures and above), including supplier negotiations, cost tracking, and reconciliations

Ensure all work meets relevant compliance, H&S, sustainability, and insurance requirements

Contribute to process development and best practices across the agency’s production function

Mentor and support junior members of the team, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the team

The skills and experience you need:

Essential attributes of successful candidate – role related

Experience in production roles within experiential, live events, or brand activations

A strong track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns for major brands

Sharp commercial awareness — confident in budget control, procurement, and financial reporting

Proven ability to navigate high-pressure environments and manage multiple projects with composure

A collaborative leadership style, with experience managing teams and mentoring others

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to juggle several tasks at once and consistently deliver high-quality work to tight timescales

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues

Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers

Ability to think around issues by providing solutions, not problems!

A high proficiency in numeracy and literacy

Prioritisation and time management skills

Ability to meet challenges and quickly deliver workable solutions in demanding environments

Calm under pressure

Clean driving licence

Acceptance of some anti-social/long hours

Essential ‘personal’ qualities valued by Wasserman Live

Ability to fit into the character of the company whilst still bringing individuality

Technical skills and Knowledge/Experience

Experience within a similar role [agency-based] is preferred

Experience of event management and onsite activation exposure

Knowledge and capability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Outlook
