WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting Nike India, partnering closely with senior technology and business leaders. You will bring strong experience working in a research-led environment, where hiring decisions are backed by market mapping, talent intelligence, and data-driven insights. You are able to break down complex talent landscapes, build clear narratives from data, and use those insights to guide stakeholders on hiring strategy and trade-offs.
You are trusted by senior leaders because you bring clarity, not just updates. You understand how to navigate ambiguity, handle high-stakes roles, and drive outcomes without losing focus on quality.
Key requirements:
14+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a highly research-oriented and data-driven environment
Strong expertise in market mapping, talent intelligence, and building data-backed hiring narratives
Proven track record of hiring for mid to senior-level and leadership roles
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with structured insights and clear recommendations
Experience handling complex, niche, and business-critical roles end-to-end
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead hiring for critical roles across Nike India, combining strong execution with a research-driven approach to improve hiring outcomes and decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
Own end-to-end hiring for senior-level and leadership roles, with a focus on high-impact positions
Partner with business and technology leaders to shape hiring strategies backed by market insights and data
Build and leverage market maps to guide sourcing strategies and stakeholder expectations
Translate talent data into clear, actionable narratives for leadership decision-making
Drive closure of complex roles, managing senior candidate engagement and offer negotiations
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and predictability
Build strong external talent pipelines in niche and emerging skill areas
Mentor junior recruiters, particularly on research-led recruiting and structured problem-solving
