JOB TITLE: People Operations Administrator (FTC)
LOCATION: Stamford Bridge, occasional visits to Cobham Training Ground
CONTRACT: Fixed Term Contract (8 months), Full Time

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people focused administrator to join our People Operations team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the employee experience; supporting every stage of the employee life cycle, keeping our systems and records running smoothly, and being the first point of contact for people related queries. You’ll also get involved in adhoc People projects, giving you the opportunity to learn, grow, and help shape how we work.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding
- Prepare contracts and onboarding documentation
- Conduct pre-employment checks
- Input new starter details into HR systems
Employee Compliance
- Manage background check renewals
- Maintain accurate right-to-work records
Contractual Changes
- Issue documentation for employment changes
- Keep HR systems and employee data up to date
First Line Support
- Oversee the People Team inbox
- Provide clear guidance to managers and employees, escalating where needed
Offboarding
- Prepare exit documentation
- Support managers and leavers to ensure a smooth transition
- Update systems and records accordingly
What You’ll Bring
- Previous HR/people administration or strong office administration experience
- Confident IT skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using a HRIS is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills where you’re able to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of details
- A high level of professionalism, especially when handling confidential information
- A curious, improvement minded attitude where you like understanding how things work and identifying better ways of doing them
- A collaborative, friendly approach and enjoyment of working with people across different teams
